      ELSWORTH F. BAKER, being duly sworn, says:

      I am a physician duly licensed to practice as such and one of the applicants in this proceeding to intervene. I received my degree of Doctor of Medicine cum laude in 1928 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Manitoba, Canada, in 1928. I was on a rotating interneship at the Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver, British Columbia in 1927 and 1928.
      I was resident physician at the State Hospital, Greystone Park, New Jersey from 1928 to 1931 and thereafter Chief of Women's Service, State Hospital, Marlboro, New Jersey from 1939 to 1948.
      From 1940-1948, I was assistant psychiatrist at Monmouth Memorial Hospital at Long Branch, New Jersey.
      For one year, I was chairman of the Mental Hygiene Committee of the Monmouth Medical Society. I have served as reporter, assistant secretary-treasurer and secretary-treasurer of the Monmouth Medical Society, New Jersey. 
      I am a Licentitiate, Medical Council of Canada; diplomate of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology; certificate in psychiatry from the University of Vienna.
      I received my psychoanalytic trianing under Abram Kardiner and A. A. Brill.
      I am a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, a fellow of the American Medical Association, a charter member of the New Jersey Neuropsychiatric Association and a member of the Monmouth Medical Society.
      I am licensed to practice medicine in New York, New Jersey and California and I am a one-time associate member of the American College of Physicians.
      At present, I am in private practice in Fair Haven, New Jersey and at 200 East End Avenue, New York City, New York. My specialty is that of psychiatrist and psychoanalyst.
      In the practice of my profession, I employ the principles of the science of orgonomy and the therapy of the orgone energy accumulator to the scientific validity of all of which I hereby attest.
      The injunction in this case operates to curtail this practice of my profession, the earning of my livelihood, and my development and growth as a scientist and physician.
      The issues of law and fact involved in the main proceeding are precisely similar to those involving my personal interests in this matter and these personal rights and claims of mine have not been adequately represented in the main proceeding.
      I respectfully request that the Court grant leave to me and to the other applicants for leave to intervene and for the other relief all as set forth in the affidavit of Dr. James A. Willie.
