potentiality reduced DOES NOT eliminate catalystic elements. It merely defers discharge to another location. When potentiality is conducted from atmosphere to ground it causes a multiple fold accumulation of OR or life integrating energy. Some affects subjectively noted: predominantly blue hues of color are observed in combustion, preservative affect on unrefrigerated foods, acceleration within the living organism (dehabilitative as well as rehabilative processes within the immune system), the link from atmosphere to ground not only produced an artificial high pressure dome but acted as a conductor for reception of RF, VHF, UHF, etc. (Confirmed presence of highly excited electrons), continually repeated cloud breaks with deep blue (alive!) sky occurring from the point of projection; enough. Objective observations: Each action has it causal affect, it is imminent, natural law demands it. It's amazing,; if it's outside the realm of our common perceptual senses, we pay it little or no attention. Possible causes of atmospheric atrophy- stasis: byproduct of earlier traumatically induced event or events. Recurrent flight paths of air traffic dispensing undisclosed amounts/types of toxins,etc.
I know the residual affect is supposed to remain until a greater energy concentration dissipates it. And so it is, W.D @ 1340 HRS, 21 DEC 96 is from the S to N. I have NO doubt these results are reproducible anywhere the grounding potentiality is present. W.D. @ 1200 HRS, 22 DEC 96 is still S to N. Sometime since then(probably during the night), the direction is again N to S .

I believe a point of maximum capacitance of OR or life integrating energy is possible, even considering it's disapative quality. One could only guess the consequences. Consider the positive applications in decreasing or redirecting potentiality of tornadoes, cyclones, waterspouts, hurricanes, etc.
There is not a problem on this earth without a solution. Methodologies and variances of approach may differ; but the solution, by law, will be there.

Dear JOGG,
I thought that I would update some protocol information. I have put together a somewhat portable and utilitarian apparatus. I took a five gallon bucket with a locking lid, used a template of a six pointed star and drilled six equally spaced, inch and a quarter holes (in a circle) through the lid and the bottom of the bucket. Through these holes, I put through ten foot lengths pipe. At the top end, I have secured the pipes with a series of hose clamps, opened, and attached to each other to form a large circle around all of the pipes, making a common ground. I used a hose clamp to secure a grounding cable to the tail end of one of the pipes since they are all banded together at the lid of the bucket. The grounding cable I attached to a metal garden hose connector/shutoff. When running water passes through the connector/shutoff, your draw commences. I used water from a standard garden hose coming from the water supplied to my house. I used a supply hose to my draw site where the metal hose connector/shutoff is connected to my cable ground. I attached another hose(s) to the metal connector to direct the OR charged water where I wanted it to go (you can water your garden or lawn with it). Remember that any metal connectors you attach to the hose end will conduct OR to YOU if you are holding it.
Adjusting the length of the pipe extending from the top and bottom of the bucket allows you to adjust your angle of projection. I used the handle of the bucket to tie a rope to; which has been thrown over a sturdy branch on a tall tree. This enabled me to get the bucket at a suitable height to work with. I maintained it's direction by driving a 20 lb. breaker bar into the ground and looping the cable around it that comes from the common ground to the hose connector/shutoff. I rather like this configuration because it allows a "hands off" capability. The projection is not stationary, it allows for a wagging motion up and down, and from side to side. My next experiment will be to place folds of steel wool and virgin wool around the pipes inside the bucket.

You may gathered from my postings that I have reluctant to post my C.OR.E activities. Adverse ramifications have been my deterrent. I would like to debrief you on yesterday's draw.

Upon hearing the Weather Report on the News, I became so frustrated with the heat wave and seeing the center of the precipitation was not going to rain in my area, I resorted to a draw. Experimental I haven't mentioned it before, but I have a heart condition. Every time I draw, it puts me into an irregular heartbeat. Yesterday was no exception. I sacrificed a piece of my health for an experience I will treasure forever. As I directed the pipes, I did the forbidden, and held the insulated cable(s) in my right hand. With the weight of the pipes displaced just right through the bucket, I was gently sweeping and felt a gentle vibration through the cable on the fingers of my right hand. I noticed it was variable and felt it the strongest at the highest concentration of energy. It felt like I found a vein in the atmosphere, I'll bet it would have shown up on an oscilloscope. My health is suffering from it today, but it was worth the experience.

A CAUTION TO EVERYONE WHO UNDERTAKES THIS WORK!!!

Attachments to this message should include 3 zip archives which contain digital jpg photos of my apparatus and an OROP in progress. This is a poor man's, no budget apparatus. These jpg's were taken the day before I added another bundle of grounding wire equal to the first bundle which should have boosted the draw x10.

My operation is that of deterrence, dispersal, deflecting potentials. Probably a different approach than others in OROP work. A stationary projection as defined by Dr. Reich, causes dispersal; I believe that is depicted in these photos. Each jpg file is encoded with a time and date stamp so documentation is established. Look at the history of satellite images (see links in next message.) as another source of documentation of the jpg files time and date stamp.

This OROP is ongoing. The projection is 250 degrees West by Southwest from my location. My target is across 20 degrees N Latitude by 120 degrees West Longitude. Well, its now in your hands JOGG. It is up to you what you want to do with it.

When the apparatus is in place and the projection is set, an adequate grounding is paramount. The following are factors to consider: the number and/or size of the grounding wires or cables, the ground water (surface water) source, and whether the water is moving or not. I drained a stagnate pond to find a spring that I knew was there, for the purposes of obtaining running water. The size and length of the pipes needs to correlate proportionately with the wires and/or cables providing the conductance to the running water. I three strand braided the two wire ends of highly conductive copper speaker wire (the thickest available). These wires were left over discards that were used for installation of movie theater sound systems. I strapped them together in bundles of ten independent leads for each the ten pipes I'm using. As formerly noted, there are two ten lead bundles now providing the ground from atmosphere, to pipes (or collectors), to wires/cables (conductors), to running spring water (diffusion). My six pipe array is a collection of whatever I could find of 1 1/8 to 1 1/4 pipe. The four pipe array is 1 1/4 standard duty copper. All are at least ten feet in length. The bottom line is: if you draw the OR, you better have a place to put it, and the means to get it there.

In brief, improper grounding is the opposite of my former description of proper grounding. I will provide a more detailed description later.

Just to let you know that this stationary projection is still in place, and will remain so until further notice. As long as "El Nino" weather patterns are reeking death and devastation on innocent people, I cannot, with clear, conscience, standby and do nothing.
I can't believe that others who have this knowledge and wisdom, are not actively involved in the abatement of this condition. Maybe their focus was on the other end of the spectrum, and they are unable to produce the opposite effect as I have?

Those who are following the effects of this OROP need to understand the effects sought are not necessarily surface influence related. The best sites to observe the OROP are:

Dear Pore, We are conducting various conservative tests with orgone equipment in Johannesburg, South Africa. The tests are being done with, at present, a "spider" as in a video of Trevor Constable's. All tests are being logged as are the results. We thought that it appropriate to let this be known, and to find out with whom we can discuss results and/or the lack of any visible results. CLOUDBUSTING INFORMATION

Cloudbusting is the use of an instrument invented by Wilhelm Reich to facilitate changes in weather. We at Pore have received various requests on how to build one of these instruments. We refer you to the following information to find more about it. It can be dangerous to work with without a correct understanding and an ability to perceive or feel orgone energy changes in the atmosphere. The publications "CORE (Cosmic Orgone Engineering) July 1954 Vol. VI Nos. 1-4" and "Contact with Space-1956" by Wilhelm Reich are a good starting point. These books are available from the Wilhelm Reich Museum Bookstore at PO Box 687 Rangeley, Maine 04970 or check the archives of a university library. "Contact with Space" has also been announced to be published in Germany in 1996. Be cautious with cloudbusting work as many of those have had health problems and injuries related to the use of these instruments. It is paramount that those doing work in this area share their planned operations so that they don't unintentionally retard or increase an operation someone else may be doing nearby.

RULES TO FOLLOW IN CLOUD ENGINEERING

• 1. Shed all ambition to impress anyone.
• 2. Never play around with rain making or cloudbusting. The OR envelope which you tackle while "drawing" energy from the atmosphere is an energetic continuum of high power. You may cause twisters. You may stir a forest fire into the wrong direction. You may do other damage without intending to do so. Never do anything unless you must.
• 3. If experimenting: it is important to observe and know why you are doing what, that you can achieve immediate results. Slowly growing comprehension will secure later results safely.
• 4. In cloud engineering you do not " create rain," - you do not " destroy clouds," - briefly, you are not playing God. What you do is solely helping nature on its natural course.
• 5. Have your equipment, truck, etc. especially all metal parts well grounded into water, preferably flowing water. Lack of grounding imperils your organism.
• 6. Do not let workers draw OR energy any longer if they become blue or purple in their faces or feel dizzy. Exchange the workers; let them rest far enough way, and have their faces and arms always wetted down with fresh water.
• 7. Do not hold on to pipes or other metal parts while you draw OR. Always use a separate plastic or wooden handle to move equipment while drawing. Have your hands always well insulated with rubber or heavy cotton gloves.
• 8. Have signs put up in such a manner that no one is hurt by OR charges. Do not let people stand close by. Among them may be men or women who are ill and would run some danger to their health.
• 9. Never " drill a hole " into the sky right above you unless you aim for a long drawn rain.
• 10. When you feel a breeze or wind setting in due to your operation, stop drawing if the wind direction becomes too strong or even if it acquire the appearance of a twister.
• 11. If you wish to remove DOR clouds, draw in direction of run of OR envelope.
• 12. If you wish to DESTROY clouds or to stop rain, aim at center of heaviest clouds.
• 13. If you wish to make clouds grow heavier, draw from the vicinity of the smaller clouds, and have the large or heavy clouds undisturbed.
• 14. If there are no clouds in the sky and clouds should be created, disturb the stillness or evenness of the OR envelope all around you by brief, sweeping draws and draw mainly against the run of the OR envelope. To create clouds you must create differences of OR energy potentials.

• 15. ( by PORE ) Under no conditions should you have any electrical wires, electrical instruments of any kind, or any radioactive material near a cloudbuster during any operation. Severe health problems may result.
