Take about 8 pipes of about 1 inch inside diameter and about 8 ft long. Aluminum is best due to being light weight.
You may also like to get an additional set of 8pipes of 8 ft long and about 7/8 inch outside diameter to use as telescopic ones for inside the others. Later when your device is built you will be able to have these slide in and out of the others and lengthen the apparatus from 8 ft long to about 15 feet long for stronger operations.

To assemble these; the easiest way is to get a roll of foam pad like used in camping or for exercisiing. Create strips of this to make 2-3inch wide wraps around one pipe at the two 1/3 of length marks you have measured on your pipe. ------/-----------/------

Make a screw hole at end of pipe -drill as nececary - this is to use when u you telescope the pipe out and will hold them.

Do the same to the other 7 pipes but at a place like the 1/4 point 1/2 and the 3/4 point . (this will allow you to combine the 7 pipes to the center one pipe later without bumping the padding of the center pipe.       ----/------------/------------/-----

Now put them all together and band them together with stretch cord, duct tape , or somethiun else like rope. When you have got this far you should have the following (sometimes 6 go around center and sometimes 7go around center). It will look a bit like the circles below when viewed on its end.

You also need to get 8 rubber stoppers to place in the end of each of the pipes when you are not using them.

What you do with this item is up to you. Normally Reich would have purchased some flexible hollow metal pipe used in electric work and would have attached them to the end of the pipes without the rubber stopper. And then have this whole apparatus set on a self made tripod or maching to allow turning 360 degrees and to raise and lower it like a cannon is. The idea is to ground end of the flexible cable away from the pipes into some active water source. The flexible cable into a running stream of water, a lake, an ocean, or even a large tub of running water from say a hose....

SImplest way It can be done by just holding the pipes in water without the flexible tubing. The operator ends up in the water with the pipes. Can be very dangerous.. Need to have on insulated boots, waders, and gloves ...You help attract the orgone towards the CB and once it has more Orgone than you, it can begin to draw your energy from you.
