Hello,
I have seen the brights spots, but only after they were pointed out to me did I notice them, they move just like Brownian motion just as described in Reichs books. And yes I seem them mostly on sunny days.
I have felt the influx of energy when I "breathe in the sky" to the point where my skin will tingle like pins and needles. Maybe this is just hyperoxygenation, but this lead to an awesome swish shift in high thin cloud positions of at least 20-30 degrees across the zenith (top of sky) after staring with some intent for about 15 mintues. I have only seen this happen once. But during this experiment, I also noticed the connection with the inhalation versus exhalation effect on the clouds. I seems that using slow inhaling breaths, you disolve the clouds; and with exhalation the clouds reform. I have witnessed many other sights. I have seen burn off fogs in valleys disolve into many spiral corkscrews. I had never seen this before in my life until after I knew of the burning effect. I have impressed a cloud with the shadow image of Christ, as the dark areas disolved away. I know something about what we call 'orgone' exists, which involes the eye, the sky, the mind, and the minds eye.

I have being reading the last comments on this subject. I my self have come to the point of being a skeptic on the subject. I question my self how come after 50 years of advances in science no body has taken this subject seriously enough to do the research. I call especially on all of those body mind practitioners that profit from the development of vegetotherapy and is children fancy therapies to form a cadre to research this subjects to a happy end. I my self have studied Reich books and I think that their more transcendental part of his work are his ideas of transforming a society trough the creation of clinics for the youth. To validate and transform a society we look like we forgot a lot of this in search of a great discovery of a flame in the sky. I my self have witnessed the dancing sparks in some very special ocatios around certain pyramids of Mexico. This are called in nahua teo-calli where the teo stands for divinity and this was represented by the sun energy. They also believed on a energy called tonally which was derived from the sun and had qualities of the soul and heat, and was central to their conception of humans and the universe which was represented and activated on their temples.
I have experienced the dancing lights a lot strongly in central Mexico rather than in were I live now in Oregon. Even in the summer the land in the middle of the forest the intensity of this has a different intensity. I do believe again that if we want answers to this question we the people need to organize and take this science or disciple by the horns before it sleeps away to the hands of official science or special interest. In this case the people that stand to profit from its use and applications.
