Description:
Was the "sexual revolution" a passing upheaval in the 1960's,
or does that term apply to a basic, ongoing
change in our emotional, social, and economic existence? This is the question
to be addressed in the five day
conference at Orgonon. The answer will be sought through a careful study
of Reich's groundbreaking work, "The Sexual Revolution",
which summarizes his critique of prevailing conditions and conflicts in
sexual living and illuminates the fate of a significant effort for change
in the early years of the Soviet Union.
All participants are urged to read the book in preparation for active participation
in discussions.
"When I coined the term 'Sexual Revolution' in the 1930's,
I had the vision of a basic change from the then
prevalent negation of life and love to a rational, life - positive, happiness-enhancing
handling of the love
functions of mankind." - Wilhelm Reich
Program Speakers

Trust since 1959. She is Executive Director, The
Wilhelm Reich Museum, and co-editor of Reich's published works.
