Your memory is a bit frazzled John, maybe because you did not do the web page work. It was Beate and I who did all the web page work from 1996-2001.

That web page http://www.orgone.org/articles/ax7herk1.htm of the interview was created by Beate and myself in 1997 and permission was granted for it to be there. Links were made to specific areas from that article that you instructed Beate and I to have to geocities. You are still on a war path I can see. So I will give it back to you. When you have removed all mention of PORE from your web sites including geocities, then and only then will all mention of you and withdraw the interview of Herskowitz happen. You do not have permission to be using the geocities web page work I did for you anymore. All the buttons and web page work and writing at those sites needs to be deleted and not copied to other web sites you have created. I take it back like you have done. One good favor deserves another. :-) LOL. . Obviously your credits and mention were given in 1997 April. Stolen is your word and hardly true but another LIE. So please give up your nit picking and get on with your life.

This Herskowitz page is from the american interviews. This page has nothing to do with the IOO pages and also not with the IOO work. The rights of the american interviews are Johns!!!!!

You guys are not Gods and much less not very benevolent leaders of Orgonomy. And it appears you have lost your hearts and compassion in dealing with people and old friends. It has become all about you and not others...... I am not that way. I still will love and go on. Maybe you should have had children to remind you what is important. Reich had children and remembered and was never like you and John in a public forum lying about his past friends. I have children and I do remember what is important. LOVE. It came first before work and knowledge as it should be. Teaching and selling Orgonomy to adults will never change much. The work needs to be focused on the children.

After sending above letter trettin/friehold on aug 1st Freihold/Trettin quickly covered their lie and changed the source code of author and key words but they did not admitt to their lies about work on the original page by Freihold and PORE. They still have left mention of PORE words on the page but they have apparenty not found it to fix. Trettin instead of Beate wrote a private email reply to my above letter to me after saying he would never dsend me any private emails. He never apologized..... So it goes. Maybe today they will clean up the rest of the page to hide the rest of the source code below.

Yes as predicted; Trettin/Freihold have quickly deleted the above code of PORE from the interview page. They have also added a link to a piece of paper signed by Dr. Morton Herskowitz that gives them permission to reproduce his lecture (note: no mention of the interview) and any other material useful to the German internet. There is no date on the paper. Dr. Herskowitz never dated what he signed and as a legal document it does not stand up very well. Most though may assume the intent. It also should be noted that the paper does not give Trettin/Freihold exclusive rights or copyright to Dr. Herskowitz's words that he spoke. Yet today they claim this on their web page. "Note: We, Beate Freihold and John Joachim Trettin, the owners of all rights" and "all rights of the interview by John Joachim Trettin ©" They are claiming rights to Dr. Herskowitz's words but really he owns his own words. All this page really has is Dr. Herskowitz's words and not an interview. Trettin/Freihold do retain rights to their films/video that they have film/video taped but not to the words of the speaker. This page is not video. Others may also have or receive Morton Herskowitz's permission to publish in print the same words spoken by Dr. Herskowitz as long as they only use Dr. Herskowitz's words in print.

The original speaker has an economic interest in the matter of money collected for attendance at the event. Many recorded interviews produced by this writer were never thought of with regard to selling a book (or a CD-ROM disk). The objective was to preserve the words of the speaker for the benefit of others in years to come. "

   With what John has said above and keeping that in mind , I will work to eliminate all but a scant mention of WROD trettin/freihold web sites at orgone.org. Maybe this will quiet them down or at least have them stop whatever has got under their bonnets
